This is Joseph Mark G. Aglibut with TIN number 336-673-241-00000 and I submitted my 2022 BIR 1700 through eBIRForms last April 12th, 2023. My RDO is currently RDO 41.

I'd like to request for digital copy of my BIR form 1700. The form 1700 generated by the eBIRForms software is too small to be read when printed. I'd like to request for a printable and readable soft copy of the said ITR, and if possible stamped so that I could use it for visa application purposes.

Your FOI request is approved. You can pick up your BIR Form 1700 certified true copy to our Collection Section. Please prepare payments for Certification Fee and Documentary Stamps amounting to P130.00.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing or call our Chief, Collection Section at 85325337. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
