Hi,

By all legal and lawful means, I would like to request an entire list of delinquent real estate property taxes within the Jurisdiction of the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Davao del Norte. 

I am a Local Real Estate Investor, and also have invested on properties outside the country. The sole purpose of this request, is for our non-profit and humanitarian projects/plans on acquiring lands through unpaid property taxes/tax deeds, in accordance and in lined with our Affordable Housing & Developments Projects for the Poor local people themselves.
