Dear CHERRY DAGUIO:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 01, 2022 12:17:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for an Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form 2316.

In reply, we called your contact information today (July 1, 2022 at 12:51 P.M) to clarify some details on whether the ITR you are requesting from us is the  ITR for those engaged in Business or Self-Employed Individuals or BIR Form 2316 for Compensation Income Earners.

You informed us, that you have already requested from your employer another copy of your BIR Form 2316 for taxable year 2021, the said document may be readily available (on their file) for re-issuance of the same to you since they are the main source of the document. 

You asked if you can secure it online, Unfortunately, not and we do not have a copies of BIR Form 2316 being maintained in the Office. Instead the same shall be endorse to the concerned revenue district office of the BIR that has jurisdiction over the place of your employer before the same can be issue to you (it will take time to process).
