Hi, I would like to request regarding on TIN number. Already submitted the 1092 application thru ORUS and received the email with transaction ID as well. (Received it on Jan.12). 

It says "you will receive a separate email containing confirmation of your registration, along with any pertinent additional instructions" but I haven't receive the confirmation email. I already send follow-up email but still no response.
