I wanted to double-check if my company is actually paying my taxes.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 01, 2023 08:47:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for ITR - 2316.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, March 2, and informed you that the Submission of the Certified List of Employees Qualified for Substituted Filing of ITR (Annex F of Revenue Regulations No. 11-2018) with Scanned Copies of BIR Form 2316 (of their respective employees) which was done by your employer last February 28, 2023 to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where they are registered. It will take time for the concerned RDO (RDO 50-South Makati) to verify in their records, since they will be preparing for a masterlist of file of all received/submitted documents of their client/taxpayers including your employer (Kalibrr Technology Ventures, Inc.).
