Hi FOI!

This is to ask for assistance in the enrollment with eAFS system of the BIR. 

I have enrolled a tax client but the system is always telling that the TIN is invalid but the taxpayer has already registered with the BIR and has been issued with Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303).

In reply, you may email the BIR Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at contact_us@bir.gov.ph and provide the following information:

1. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN);
2. Revenue District Office (RDO) Code;
3. Company Name and/or Branch Name;
4. Email Address used in enrolling in eAFS;
5. Name of the Contact Person and/or Authorized Representative; and
6. Contact Information of the Authorized Representative.
