You asked for TIN NUMBER.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.  I called  you today to validate your request and informed you that you have a SIMILAR or DUPLICATE RECORD. You must manually to the BIR Office of your employer to get a TIN and cannot do it online. Attached is BIR FORM No. 1902 for you to fill up and give to your employer for their processing.
