Good day,

Requesting for the email address of RDO 126 or someone from RDO 126 that can help me as I need to reach them out in order to request and have my RDO district moved from RDO 126 to RDO 25A. I’ve already emailed BIR’s Customer Assistance Division but my emails weren’t answered. I also tried contacting certain numbers that I’ve managed to obtain online but none have answered my calls. I’ve also emailed RDO 25A for three weeks now asking if they could assist me but was again not answered.

In reply, your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is currently registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 51-Pasay. You may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and two (2) government issued I.D.s at rdo_51css@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer of your TIN records to RDO 25A or the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
