Thank you for your request dated Jan 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Income Tax Return or Form 2316.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR/2316 for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year, hence, your request is denied.

Thus, it is advised that you better ask for a copy of your 2316 directly from your employer as they are the main source of such documents.
