Hi! I would like to request a copy of BIR Operations Memorandum (OM) Order No. 20-2019, as referenced in its Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) 143-2019, which excludes certain taxpayers from the identification of top withholding agents (TWA) under the pertinent criteria of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 7-2019, as further amended by RR No. 31-2020.

Thank you so much for the prompt response. However, the attached file you sent is BIR Operations Memorandum (OM) No. 20-2020, and not the one I requested which was BIR OM No. 20-2019.

Hoping to get the correct file.
