Good day.I would like to request for a Certificate of ITR Exemption due to low income for my daughter’s application and scholarship in medicine school.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 28, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for Tax Exemption Certificate for Medical Purposes and Scholarship of your Daughter.

In Response to your request, After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that it falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).
