Good day, I am Rhodora A. Pulumbarit, previously worked with BDO Unibank Inc. I am no longer employed since February 2020. I would like to request for a copy of my ITR 2316 from Jan 2019-Dec 2019 and Jan 2020-Feb 2020

Dear Ms. Pulumbarit,

I refer to my letter of Nov 06, 2021 05:45:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for My ITR 2316.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, we need more information from you regarding your request for 2316 and ITR.

Kindly email us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
For your 2316,
-TIN, name & business address of your employer for CY 2019-2020 
For your ITR, 
-What ITR form did you file?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

Moreover, kindly comply with the requirements set forth on the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, specifically on Chapter VII, Section 13 which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 31, 2022 06:07:34 AM, your request will be closed.
