Hi. This is Eduardo Piansay Jr. one of the former employee of G&M Trading Corporation with office address @ R. Cruz Ave., Soldiers Hills, Putatan, Muntinlupa City. We are begging from your deepest symphaty to please kindly hear our message. This would be a great help. We already got a copy from the CITY HALL where the company is being address and it is said there that they did not the termination of business on or b4 30 days.. They had filed it on Feb 5,2021 which is too late for them to do the compliance... So we are asking also a copy from your good office so we can have additional proof.

This is in relation to your request for a copy of the CLOSURE OF BUSINESS of G&M Trading Corp.  
We regret to inform you that our records do not show any application for closure of business for the said taxpayer.

Also, for future request please be guided that this Office only provides information to third parties if it is among the following exceptions provided for in the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, to wit:

1.	Information about any individual who is or was an officer or employee of government institution that relates to the position or functions of the individual.
2.	Information about an individual who is or was performing service under contract for a government institution that relates to the services performed.
3.	Information relating to any discretionary benefit of a financial nature such as the granting of a license or permit given by the government to an individual.
