Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We have noticed that you post a similar request under eFOI Ticket Number #BIR-482397785143 dated November 28, 2022. It was tagged as "Awaiting Clarification" for you to be able to comply with the needed requirements pursuant to Section 21.2 and 21.3 (d), Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for eFOI Request of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

In this regard, Please be informed, that we resolved to deny your second (2nd) request for the following reasons:

1. The purpose has no purpose/lacks specificity- the purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described;
