You asked for Zonal Valuation.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Gonzaga:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated March 8, 2022, regarding your request for the market and zonal valuation of the area at Barangay Paraiso, Sagay City along the National Highway across Lopez Central.

The market value is different from the BIR zonal value. Hence, you may forward your request to the Assessor’s Office where your property is located.

Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay Paraiso, Sagay City which took effect on March 30, 2019 (2nd Revision).

	Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the down button and click the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (Click RDO No. 76 – Victorias City,  
Negros Occidental);
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon clicking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (Click sheet No. 3 for present zonal values – the effectivity date is March 30, 2019 up to present); and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.

Your right to request a review
