Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for Audited Financial Statements (AFS) of Wilcon Depot, Inc..

In reply, pursuant to Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016, any request for information through electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) portal (www.foi.gov.ph) shall attach scanned copies of  the following documents:
1.	 Letter request by the taxpayer or its authorized representative;
2.	The request shall reasonably describe the purpose of the request for information;
3.	Original Board Resolution duly notarized, Corporate Secretary Certificate, or other acceptable written consent showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of the corporation;
4.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature;

Further please be informed that our office has no custody of the AFS filed by Wilcon Company, hence, other confidential matters falling under the exceptions to the Freedom of Information are prohibited to be released by the concerned revenue district office where such company is registered.
