Hi Good Day!

May I request a soft copy of my form 1902? I went to the BIR office-Davao RDO 132 today to request for a TIN ID since last 2019 TIN ID issuance was suspended and I thought to get mine today. They needed a copy of my 1902 but I can't find my copy. My email is: jy.maliwat@gmail.com

I refer to my letter of Oct 08, 2021, 02:24:59 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 1902.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details: 
Did you file Form 1902? 
Where did you file? what RDO?

If not, In this regard, we would like to advise you to visit the BIR website as this particular information is available online. You may visit this link: https://www.bir.gov.ph/index.php/registration-requirements/primary-registration/application-for-tin.html#individuals , and look for applications for individuals earning purely compensation income, if applicable.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec. 31, 2021, 04:09:21 AM, your request will be closed.

Yes, I have filed a 1902 last 2019 in RDO 113. I had my RDO changed to 132 after.
