Hi I would like to request my 2020 ITR for the purpose of updating my status on BIR. I want to close my professional status cause I was hired as plantilla in my agency.

I refer to my letter of Oct 16, 2023 11:28:58 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for INTERNAL TAX RETURN 2020.

In reply, kindly clarify the following:

1. What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting from us, Is it BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3. Did you file it Online (Thru eBIRForms Facility) or Manually at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered?
4. What is your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)?

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-814145006255, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 08, 2024 11:20:03 PM, your request will be closed.

Due to Data Privacy Act of 2012. Request for Certified True Copy of ITR should be done personally or thru a duly authorized representative at the concerned Revenue District Office. The following are the requirements to be submitted to the Collection Section.

1.	Request letter stating the purpose
2.	Photocopy of ID of requestor
3.	SPA (if transaction will be done by a representative)
4.	Filled-out request for certified true copy from Counter 9
5.	ID of Authorized representative
