I would like to make a request for ITR certification, It is one of the requirements in ESC ( Education Service Contracting). Thank you for your immediate response.

Dear Ms. Capunay,

I refer to my letter of Nov 22, 2021 08:16:26 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for INCOME TAX RETURN CERTIFICATION.

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

However, if you know where you filed your Annual ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO and bring the copy of your ITR and two valid IDs as they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 14, 2022 02:06:30 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
