Hi Good Day!

May I request a soft copy of my form 1902? My new employer needed a copy of my form 1902 but I can't find my copy. I am hoping to receive help from here. 
 I just know that my RDO is: 53A  I verified it through call.

Thank you for your request dated Jun 06, 2023 04:08:47 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Requesting for Copy of Form 1902.

Response to Request

In reply, we called your mobile number to apprised you that instead of your BIR Form 1902, you can secure a TIN verification Slip from any BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) near your address. Just bring two (2) valid government issued I.D.s as proof of your identity.

For the transfer of your TIN record, you may scanned your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and two (2) valid government issued I.D.s via email at rdo_53acss@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer of your TIN record to RDO 26-Malabon.

You may get in touch with the Client Support Section (CSS) of RDO 53A at (02) 8802-3037 and (02) 8802-2689.
