I refer to my letter of Apr 21, 2022 01:06:34 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request personal copy.

In order for us to work further on your request and to properly endorse your concern at the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your employer for 2015-2016 may we respectfully request for the following details:
