Good day!

I would like to request my Form 2316 from your good office from my previous employment at Philippine National Police Nov 2014 I guess to its latest and would also like to request a form 2305 from the above stated government agency transferring to Concentrix CVG Philippines Inc., Cebu Exchange Tower IT Park, Cebu City.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 10, 2023 06:02:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR 2316 2305.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed that your request for a copy/copies of your BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Year/s 2014 to 2018 cannot be granted by the Revenue District Office (RDO) because the records of the RDO on those periods are already unavailable since we follow strictly the four (4) year retention period based on existing revenue issuances of the BIR (Revenue Memorandum Circular 73-2008).

Hence, you may ask your previous employer/s for the copy/copies of your BIR Form 2316 because all taxpayers are required to preserve their accounting records for the period of 10 years in accordance with the Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 29-2019.
