You asked for Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316.

Response to Request

This is to inform you that as per Revenue Regulations No. 2-2015, Sec 2.83, states that the employer shall furnish each employee with the original copy of BIR Form 2316. Therefore, you can request your employer to provide you your BIR Forms 2316 for the year 2021.

For further queries regarding BIR Form 2316, you can the Compliance Section of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered for assistance.
