You asked for Requesting for my latest BIR Form 2316.

Response to your request

Please be informed, that your request cannot be granted by the Revenue District Office (RDO) of the BIR since the aforesaid Withholding Tax Certificate (BIR Form No. 2316) for Taxable Year 2022 will be submitted by your Employer to the RDO on February 28, 2023. 

It is suggested that you directly request for a copy of your ITR (BIR Form 2316) from your employer as they are primary/original source of such document and the issuance of the same to their employees is on January 31, 2023.
