2. Employer Business Address;
3. Employer's TIN;
4. Your TIN Number and email them at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email the #BIR-824252088593, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 15, 2022 03:30:22 AM, your request will be closed.
