June 6, 2022 Dear Mr. Ivann-Jo Robles: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You request for Certificate of Authorizing Registration. In reply, we were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied. We highly advise you to coordinate and make your representation with our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 45-Marikina which has jurisdiction over the place of your purchased property at Mission Hills Sta. Catalina Angono Rizal. Please bring any two of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity and the claim slip (if applicable), for validation purposes.
