Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Market value of 200,000 pesos price of lot that has an EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE?
2. What are those taxes that must be paid when buying and after buying the residential lot?
3. How much the mark up/percentage added for each category of tax that must be paid?
4. How much the penalties for each category of taxes?
5. How much taxes and penalties for worth 200,000 price of lot attached to extra judicial settlement with Deed of absolute sale dated from April 23, 2019 to December 1, 2021.
