Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2023 02:03:26 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for a copies of your Income Tax Return filed for Calendar Year 2017 to 2022.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, October 20, 2023 to validate your existing eFOI request/concern, however, it was unsuccessful.

Please be informed that we have coordinated your concern/request to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 58-Batangas City and initial verification from their records shows the following:

1.) No Available data and/or e-Filed Return (either eBIRFOrms and eFPS) for  
     Calendar Years 2017, 2020, 2021 and 2022; and

2.) You have filed a No Payment Return through eBIRForms for Calendar Year 
      2018 to 2019.
