Hi good afternoon. I.would like to ask where can I request a copy of my latest ITR with BIR acknowledgement stamp? or can I request a copy via online and how?

I tried to request such copy through my employer as I need it as a requirement for Loan Purposes however my employer advice me that I can only able to get this form via RDO office where we are registered which is RDO 48 and request this personally.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2022 12:10:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316 copy with BIR acknowledgement stamp.

Response to Request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your BIR Form 2316 for the year 2021, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your employer, kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your ITR and/or BIR Form 2316. 

You can also ask from your employer copy of the Duly Received “Annex F” (Proof that your employer came to Revenue District Office) and have the List & BIR Form 2316 of their employees who availed of substituted filing. Then bring a copy of 2316 of the requesting party for stamping of certified copy.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
