Thank you for your request dated Nov 27, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for ITR 2316.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR and BIR Form 2316 for 2021 is yet to be filed on April 15 next year. 
Thus, we would like to advise that you may directly request from your employer a copy of your 2316 as they are the main source of such documents.
