Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2021 02:27:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You requested for a copy of your Income Tax Return for the period 2013 - 2015.
Response to your request:
This Office does not have the information you have requested (Income Tax Return) for the years 2013-2014 since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316. Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested.
For your BIR Form 2316 for the year 2015, we regret to inform you that your requested information is not found in our records.
After careful consideration, however, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by MONOLITH CONSTRUCTION & DEVT. CORP. for the period 2013 and 2014, and by MAKATI DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION for the period 2014-2015. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.
For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
