Good day! I would like to request for an Income tax return because I need to get my tax exemption certificate for my scholarship application and ITR is one of the requirements for tax exemption certificate. Thank you.

You asked for Latest Income Tax Return.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is denied as we are still missing from you some vital information. Kindly provide us your two government-issued IDs with your birthdate and picture, for identification purposes.
On the other hand, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here:
