I am writing in through this website to request and hopefully receive a copy of my BIR 2316 form. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirement for my new employer. Regrettably, I didn't have work from 2020 up to recently

It would be very much appreciated if you can send me a copy via email as my employment is on the line — I have to submit this on May 2023.

Response to your request

We called your mobile number today, April 18, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

Please be informed that BIR Form 2316 is not applicable to you since you are unemployed from the year 2020 up to present. You can as well as receive the said BIR Form from your employer, depending on the number of companies that you have worked for, each of your employer/s should issue you this particular document.
