Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 06, 2021 05:36:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for BIR 2316 for the periods 2008, 2012-2016.

Response to Request

After careful consideration, we resolve to grant your requested information for the period 2015.  A copy of your 2307 Certificate was sent via email.

However, based on the reason stated below, we resolve to partially grant your request as to the following information:   
•	Copy of your ITR 2316 for the period 2008, 2012-2014.
This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR 2316) since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316.  Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested. 

However, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for the periods 2008, and 2012-2014.  A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.

•	Copy of ITR 2316 for the year 2016
We regret to inform you that your requested information for the year 2016 is not found in the records.
