I would like to request the updated benchmarking rate for Restaurant/Food and Pharmaceutical Industry in relation to our ongoing Letter of Authority (LOA) or audit process.
As you are aware, the LOA/audit requires us to assess and verify our tax liabilities and compliance with the relevant tax laws and regulations. We understand that the benchmarking rate plays a critical role in this evaluation, as it provides a reference point for assessing the reasonableness of our financial results, especially in comparison to industry standards.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have latest Benchmark Rates, the information you have requested.  We also coordinated your concern to our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 51-Pasay City and no available record/data. The RDO are dealing in the  collection of revenues by type of taxes of their jurisdiction.
