Dear Mr. Francisco:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated January 31, 2022, regarding your request for the 2022 or 2021 zonal value of  Brgy Masuso, Pandi, Bulacan. Upon checking in your website the only updated year is up to 2020.

Please be informed that the one you checked in our website is the updated and current zonal value. The effectivity date of the 3rd revision is March 7, 2020 up to present.

Attached herewith is the zonal values of lots in Brgy Masuso, Pandi, Bulacan.
