Hi, I would like to request for the number of  Business Registrants by Industry Classification (wholesale and retail trade, professional, graphics design, etc.) and by Type of Registration (Sole Prop, Corporation, Partnership) in Angono, Rizal.

Dear Ms. Reyes:

I refer to my letter of Aug 09, 2023 05:02:24 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Business Registrants by Classification in Angono, Rizal.

In reply, please be informed of the following pursuant to Section 21.2 and 21.3 (d) of Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for efOI Request:

Section 21.2 - the purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as for information, research or legal purposes or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity.

Failure to specify the reasons for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the eFOI Request.

Section 21.3 (d) - If the requesting party is a natural person who is a member employee, affiliated with or related to a juridical entity, company or organization and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company or organization but arises from such membership, affiliation or relation, such other sufficient proof of authority or affiliation.
