This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number xxx-xxx-xxx, for a Stamped TIN Verification Slip.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that we have No Online Issuance of Proof of TIN, you may request for a Stamped TIN Verification Slip at any BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) nearest you, after you have established the existence/non-existence of your TIN on the said office.
