Dear Mr. Rogacion:

I refer to my letter of Oct 03, 2023 11:31:42 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certified True Copy ITR 1701 2022.

We called your mobile number today, October 3, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income tax Return (ITR) for the Calendar Year 2022, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered (which in your case, you are registered under RDO 54A- Trece Martires Cavite) and kindly look for Ma'am Camerino.

Bring copies of your eFiled Income Tax Return (ITR), and the Confirmation Receipt (if filed thru eBIRForms facility), or Filing Reference Number (if filed thru eFPS); 

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 26, 2023 06:19:28 AM, your request will be closed.
