I would like to request a copy of my ITR - BIR Form No. 1701 as a requirement for my insurance license renewal.

Thank you for your request dated Oct 12, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Income Tax Return.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested, hence, your request is denied.

Please be informed that your ITR for 2021 has yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year. Furthermore, you need to attach your two (2) valid IDs and other contact details to comply with the requirements set forth in our BIR FOI Manual.

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
