Dear Ms. Santos:

I refer to my letter of Oct 10, 2023 12:12:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return for Calendar Year 2021.

In reply, the result of our verification in our system, you are currently registered as Single Proprietor. Kindly clarify the following:

1. What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting from us, Is it BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3. Did you file it Online (Thru eBIRForms Facility) or Manually at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered?
