Good day! Our CHED-funded research study is in need of business registration data to determine the emerging and struggling industries in the ASEAN.

To proceed with our data analytics of industries, our team would like to respectfully inquire if your good office possesses a business registration database within the last 10 years (2011-present) containing the following information: 
a.     Business name
b.     Business location
c.     Business registration date
d.     Products and services offered by the business / business classification

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office as well as our Revenue District Office (RDO) cannot divulge any information you have requested due to “Data Privacy Act of 2012”. This law created to protect all forms of information, be it private, personal, or sensitive. It is meant to cover both natural and juridical persons involved in the processing of personal information.
