Hi I would like to request all my BIR documents submitted within 2016-2018 as a job order personnel of BFAR. I am having a hard time closing my account as I have not secured any copy I can use to close my previous registration.

Dear Ms. Kindipan,

I refer to my letter of Nov 24, 2021 01:53:27 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of Registration.

In reply, may we know what BIR documents are your requesting for the year 2016-2018, Is it ITR. Further, in order for us to properly endorse and work on your request, kindly provide us the following details  and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
If your are requesting for ITR, 
- What form did you file for each year? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

If the documents have been filed to our office, may we suggest that you request these directly to the concerned RDO and bring two valid IDs for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.  If not, you should ask from BFAR as they may have the documents needed for your application for closure.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 17, 2022 12:49:00 AM, your request will be closed.
