Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request or inquire if a Tax Declaration is available under the Name of Pedro Cortez.

Please be informed that you may ask the Assessors’ Office of the Local/City Government  of San Jose Bulacan having jurisdiction over the location of the property.  

And if the request is made through a representative, a Notarized Authorization or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) of the principal and at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of such representative and the principal for validation purpose.
