Hi,
I would like to request my ITR from my previous employment in the Philippines/ TAX paid by my employer showing the date etc.
My employments are below for your reference/verification.
February 5, 2015 - June 2017 (Dream Satellite TV PMSI INC)
August 2017 - May 2018 (BBS Broadband Broadcast Services Pty Ltd)

Dear Mr. Villafana,
I refer to my letter of Jan 17, 2022 10:25:20 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.
In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details (from 2015--2018) and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.
However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 12, 2022 04:53:59 AM, your request will be closed.

In addition to my inquiry and response,
Please note that as far as I remember,
BIR FORM is 2316
RDO is 048
Please note that I have also sent you a sample of this form which I have filled and submitted by my employer.
Hope this help for me to get a TAX statements or any documents that can show my employment from February 2015 to June 2018.
