We would like to request a Historical Fiscal Audit of Businesses in Baguio City from the year 2019 – 2021. Specifically with the following attributes: (a) Identification Number; (b) Type of Business; (c) Annual Tax Value; (d) The Number of Tax Law Violation (if applicable), including the tax law violated and the date of violation. Identification number of the businesses can be redacted for their own privacy rights.

We have sent endorsement letter by our professor, confidentiality agreement and the researcher’s identity document through email (foi@pco.gov.ph)
