While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Kindly provide us additional contact details and attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for identification purposes.

Moreover, please be informed that your ITR for 2021is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year, hence, we can not provide you the same.
