You asked for zonal value of San Rafael Rodriguez Rizal.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Celestino:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated March 23, 2022, regarding your request for the current zonal value for properties in Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez Rizal.

Attached herewith is the schedule of zonal values for Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez Rizal for your reference. 

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 45 – Marikina City)  ;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (click Sheet 10); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and 
    barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
