May 16, 2022 Dear Ms. Edgardo Chavez: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 13, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for REQUEST A COPY OF 2316. In response to your request: 1. Upon Inquiry, your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 29-Tondo as Local Employee; 2. You are working in the House of Representative (HOR) as Job Order/ Contract. Please be guided in our telephone conversation, to wit: You are further advise to proceed to your RDO where you are registered and update your registration from Local Employee to Job Order Contract and for them to issue a Certificate of Registration (COR). And the Income Tax Return (ITR) that you should have file/d last April 18, 2022 should have been BIR Form 1701 or 1701A. And since you forget to file your ITR, we encourage you to personally visit the RDO 29 and ask them to help you compute the return with corresponding interest and surcharges. Thank you.
