Hello! I'd like information about my 2013 and 2016 Income Tax Returns from Midas Hotel and Casino. Despite waiting for over a month, they mentioned they couldn't provide it anymore due to file storage issue. Thank you for understanding.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, as per record, no submissions were made by the employer, with regards to the Transmittal of Alphalist Issued BIR Form 2316 to Employees (Annex C [Soft Copy/CD} or Annex F [Hard Copy]) for T.Y. 2013-2022.
